Unique Indo-Jazz
As well as playing traditional Bollywood classics, jazz standards and well-known pop, Nirakar play unique Indo-Jazz composed by creator Sulekh Ruparell. The music is based on melodies influenced by the Raags of North India and improvised by musicians skilled in the styles of Jazz and Latin. The instrumental pieces are written for Saxophone, Guitar and Tabla.
